Flash storage -- dojo.storage or homebrew?

Hello sakai-dev,

I'm looking at a small-scope thing where i have to store some data
between sessions.  Cookies are not adequate for the sizes I have to
meet.  I've decided that Flash-based storage is the appropriate
choice.  I know Sakai, on the whole, has been shifting away from
using Dojo, but I have an opinion question:

Which is cleaner/faster for an immediate solution?

1. Pull in dojo + dojo.storage to handle it
2. Borrow the rWiki method/files and roll my own
3. Other

Thanks,
-Noah
