Greetings,

kst 1.x (haven't looked at kst 2.0) there are fonts installed in
/usr/share/apps/kst/fonts/.  Is there a specific reason that kst doesn't
use the system installed fonts and packages its own?  Is it a relic of
the "olden days" when unicode fonts were hard to come by (and therefore
a custom/specific symbol font is needed for the math characters)?

As far as  I know they are a relic.  They are not used for anything, to my
knowledge.

So, there's a good chance I could delete them and kst wouldn't care?
I'll have to try that.

Yup, kst doesn't care about those.  May I suggest they are deleted from
the tarball (or at least not installed with make install)?

I removed them (svn rm) from the 2.0 branch.  We c/should do the same for the
1.x branch.
