Isn’t the Fortnightly Calendar somewhat a bit complicated to be understood by the man on the street?
Keep the calendar simple, will you, so that even the ordinary man on the street can understand it?

Subject: Fortnight Calendar
This version shows a 2011 - 2012 leap year. The week day names change after Zb (end of 2011) using seven different values for Day D. 2012 uses a delta d of 1 as shown below. Note: I = Mon, II = Tue, etc.
The beginning of the 2012 calendar uses a delta day of "3" which starts the next 52 weeks with IV (Thursday).
