Forwarding only recursor

Is it possible to get pdns-resolver to only answer for domains for which
it has forwarding instructions?  I'm not sure if I'm missing it in the
docs.

We've recently started using it for some of our main resolvers, and it
sure is nice.  I'm just curious if we can use it for some other things.
