The next Koha foundation forming meeting will be held on Thursday 3
December 2009.  The time is tentatively set for 19.00 UTC +0.  However,
people for whom that time is especially problematic such as people in
India will be consulted to consider rotating the meeting time to an
alternate time for fairness.

Missed yet another meeting. I did not receive this message until right
now. Does anyone have any idea why I would have a two day delay in
receiving this? I'm wondering if it's a gmail issue.

FWIW: We use Google hosted email. I received the original email nearly
immediately after it was sent. Having said that, I have known some
delays of several hours in receiving emails but could not say if it
was gmail or some other Inet anomaly.
