FreeBSD 7.0 on HP ProLiant DL580 G5

Hi to all,
i have recently buied 3 hp proliant dl580 G5 with administration console
and i'm trying to install FreeBSD 7.0.
Installation has successfuly only in one of these; in the others my
installation blocked in two moments:

1. after check GENERIC ISA VGA
2. when i'm trying to set keyboard language

with an spi error.
How can i install FreeBSD?
Any ideas?
What is the problem?
