Is it just me or does connecting to freenode fail all day already

they seem to block whole nets every now and then, it seems. Could not connect to it for like 2 months... currently it works for me. Banning whole providers is pretty ridiculous, as you lock out thousands only because ONE guy maybe made trouble somewhere. nevermind, I had this issue this morning and it seems one server still
causes it and I did add wrong domain (.net) to try differnetly.
