There are some broken links in the style sheets. You copied most of the
files to your site (which is fine), but you forgot a few:
- hints2.css is used in threepart.css. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/hints2.css - hints.css is used in main.css. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/hints.css - banner.css is used in banner-k.css. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/banner.css - dogsear.png is used in threepart.css. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/dogsear.png - sandydogsear.png ditto. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/sandydogsear.png - bluemap.jpg is used in handheld.css. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/bluemap.jpg - orangemap.jpg ditto. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/orangemap.jpg - semi2x2b.png is used in banner-k.css. The original is here:
http://www.w3.org/Style/semi2x2.png - The image w3c_main.png is used on line 282 in threepart.css. The URL
should be
http://www.w3.org/Icons/w3c_main.png (This is a W3C logo, so it should not be copied, but linked
directly.)
You also copied the W3C logo, but that is not correct (see
http://www.w3.org/Style/translating#attribution). Line 243 should have
the full URL of the logo, i.e., it should start with:
<a rel="home" class="home" href="
http://www.w3.org/"><img alt="W3C"
src="
http://www.w3.org/Icons/w3c_home"></a>
And a question: can you add ".html" to the link to the original on
lineĀ 56? It doesn't make a difference now, but it may do in the future.
Bert
