French user question about Windows translation

I just installed tomboy for Windows (I'm on Vista sp1) following the
steps explained in the Windows installation page [1]. I'm a french user
so I hoped this pretty application is translated in French (on the svn
repository, the last version seems to be translated in french [2] ), but
it didn't. Have I missed something ? Maybe the french translation only
works on gnome platform ?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

PS : if somebody is interesting in translate a Firefox extension called
Tomfox [3] in French (I guess other French users are in this list), you
are welcome to sign in to BabelZilla [4] and begin the tanslation work
[5] ;-) . If nobody's interested, I will do it...
