Fruit for Breakfast!

As a general rule of thumb, fruit should eaten alone.

1. Fruit digests very quickly, more quickly than other foods.

2. Fruit is so rich in nutrients and fiber, your body will be able to
utilize the power of fruit optimally when eaten alone and your
digestive system will be able to utilize the fiber best when not impeded
by other foods. Also, if impeded in the digestive tract, fruit will
ferment and that isn't so great for a tumtum.
 
If you want fermented fruit, drink wine!
 
The best time for fresh [organic-goes without saying] fruit is for
breakfast. Eat one piece of fruit (or one serving), then wait until you
are hungry again and have another piece of fruit and then wait until
you are hungry and have one more piece/serving. The goal should be
three.  And eat three different kinds of fruit if you can!
