St. Paul, MN, is seeking a full-time direct-hire Sr. Web Developer to
join their online marketing agency.
 
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a positive, passionate and winning
attitude, a Bachelor's degree or higher and 3 to 5 years web development
experience, preferably in the marketing/agency industry. Excellent
communications skills, comfortable multi-tasking and doesn't hesitate to
ask questions and enjoys working as a team as well as acting
independently required. The successful individual will possess the
following skills, knowledge, experience and abilities:
* Demonstrated experience with front-end web-based technologies such as
CSS, Javascript, AJAX, DHTML/XHTML, XML-XSLT, JSP/ASP and PHP
* Experience developing web sites within content management systems
* Experience with Flash/ActionScript/FLEX, back-end web technologies
(e.g., Java, .NET, Python) and/or relational databases (e.g., mysql, MS
SQL Server) a plus
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Macintosh a plus
* Demonstrated ability to write standards-compliant code with minimal
bugs
