But before, I have a few comments:
* Please follow the
http://debian-science.alioth.debian.org/debian-science-policy.html
(in particular control fields, etc)
* Please import in the debian science SVN/git if you don't mind
* Please create a libstxxl-doc package instead of leaving them in the
-dev package
* You are not planning to support several versions at the same time,
please remove the 1 in the -dev package name (libstxxl1-dev =>
libstxxl-dev)

Once you fixed everything, I will upload it.
