Well, that link¹ doesn't exist anymore, but AFAIK it's planned to
re-exist some time.
I wish, however, I could merge your accounts but I don't have enough
power to do that. I have CCed bugmaster@... who should be able to
do that.

Please simply file a bug report in bugzilla.gnome.org against the
product bugzilla.gnome.org and add comments from both accounts in that
report that you want to have them merged.
That's the way to go here.
