check this ASAP please sign up in the wiki:

The intention is to complete these tasks by today.

Signed win32 is just finished, the other platforms were up for a while now. Look for an announcement from Chris Cooper about the availability of updates after he begins his EST-day. For the WinCE build we'll generate updates after we hear that it passes smoketests.
