Great news

All booked now. Will it be ok to send receipts by email - to kde-ev-board?
Also, I have one booking in GBP (flight from UK) and one in Euro (train in
Germany*). Should I do a conversion to one or the other or leave that to the
e.V.? Ultimately I'll get charged both in GBP. Things would be a lot simpler
if the UK had joined the Euro :-)

(btw - to Jos, I assume - thanks for publishing the dot article)

* I could either get a train in UK, then direct flight to Stuttgart or flight to
Frankfurt and train in Germany. Both the same price within 2 Euro but
Frankfurt option has better flight times and the trains in Germany are nicer
too so I went for that one ;-)

Actually I don't know how this works. You did check kde.org/ev? If it's not
there, Claudia will be able to answer your questions.

Is it possible to submit the forms by email? (with a scanned signature)
- It's possible to do it via email, but it's important that you also
scan the receipts.

Should I do a currency conversion to a common currency (if so, which?)
- No need to convert the currency, I'll take care of that and we will
reimburse you in GBP [or your local currency, presumably]

Does the e.V. have a preference between using PayPal or a bank transfer?
- The preference is the bank transfer, especially within Europe

I should add that we prefer the original receipts by snail mail, though.
