According to the release announcement [1] it is part of 4.3. I haven't found tarballs or binary packages of it yet. Are there plans to release a tarball? Anyway, the link where people can downloaded it meanwhile is here: http://libgcal.googlecode.com/files/akonadi-googledata-1.0.tar.bz2 I got to mention that libgcal 0.9.2 is required, or fast-sync (when only changes in server side are downloaded) will fail for gcalendar. This is mostly thanks to some changes (bug or feature?) in the way that gcalendar server are answering some requests.
