You need to add
<build>
<sourceDirectory>src/main/native</sourceDirectory>
should do.
Bon courage avec Maven :)

Thank you for your answer.
I have been able to download the plugin from the repository.
But when i execute mvn clean compile
i have this error and i don't understand why a request for java directory is present (in a totally C project).
I only have for each module
<module>
- src
- - main
- - - native
- target
- test
