Bharat, you said to start tossing these things to you.  Figured we needed to start some where, might as well be on some basic concepts, right?  But feel free to send anything else to -devel and I'll format and post to the wiki.

To all:
Let's get some discussion going and get these docs moving along.

I've created just a few tasks for docs so far:
http://bit.ly/aJcPv
https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/gallery/query?status=new&group=status&order=priority&col=id&col=summary&milestone=Documentation

See what else we need here: http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3

I'm working on some guidelines for creating docs on the wiki, we're trying to make this thing well organized and easy to use.  I'll finish creating tasks for everything else listed on the main G3 page this weekend.  If there is anything anyone feels is missing please either post it here, on the wiki or create a documentation task for it if you don't see it anywhere.  We want to get docs written that are going to be useful for the developers (you guys).

Thanks,
Kevin

Sounds good.  Should we start with the basic conceptual stuff and work
our way into the more complex issues?  Start asking me questions and
I'll use my time between meetings to start composing lengthy replies :-)
