G3Beta3 theme cosmetics.

Just overlaid beta 3 on top of a newly installed beta2.

When logged in as Gallery admin, passing cursor over a photo results in a tall
rectangle to accommodate the title, owner and drop-up menu (izzat the correct
term?) and a border appears around the rectangular area.  This rectangle
obscures part of the photo below.

When not logged in, a border appears around a square area allocated for the
photo and the title appears, but is only half there, cut by the bottom border.  
No photos are obscured.  Owner (uploader? whatever) does not appear.

G3 is building the thumb 200 px high - when I rotate it, the behavior is
better.  The title is not cut off.

At least the partial title when not logged in is undesirable.  Not sure the  
other behaviors are intended.

I started trying to hack my way into the theme but got lost finding where
gHoverItem behavior is defined.

This is the intended behavior. It does require some tweaking, but it  
won't change much from this.

This us a bug. Could you file a ticket and assign it to thumb70?

The CSS is in themes/default/css/screen.css

The JS for the effect is in
  themes/default/js/ui.init.js
