GBrowse v2 and its links

Hi all,

I use GBrowse v2 and I have got any problem with links.
Example about three points is here:
http://gbrowse.cribi.unipd.it/public/gbrowse/

1) about general_help.html, annotation_help.html. In GBrowse.conf I wrote:

config_base            = /etc/gbrowse/public
htdocs_base            = /var/www
url_base               = /
db_base                = /gbrowse/databases
tmp_base               = /gbrowse/tmp

In gbrowse page, I obtain wrong links about general_help.html,
annotation_help.html:
http://general_help.html/ and http://annotation_help.html/

Where do I make a mistake?

2) I observed that citation tracks are only available when I move
mouse over '?' about each tracks near each images.
Is there again an citation page (as GBrowse v1.68) about all tracks of
each database? Or Is there somebody that somehow calls these data?

3) I tested GBrowse.conf line about default database:
 a) line commented: #default source = vitis_vinifera_8x
 b) line not commented: default source = vitis_vinifera_8x
In any case I obtain that links about top menu does not work.. if I
look E coli database, I will obtain this database even if I digit url
http://gbrowse.cribi.unipd.it/public/gbrowse/photobacterium_profundum
.. to change database, I must only to use "select name 'source'" about
gbrowse page form.
Links worked with GBrowse v1.68.. How do I modify GBrowse.conf or url
to change database as well top menu?

Can you help me about any points?
