GENI Control Framework Architecture (CFA) document: engineering DRAFT ready for review by WG

All members of the Control Framework WG,

An effort is underway to define and document a first view of the GENI CFA.

It is based on early GENI efforts, and seeks to integrate the approaches being used to implement the five control frameworks for the Spiral 1 prototypes.

If you could read the draft CFA document  before the WG meeting at GEC3, that would be very helpful.  Please note that the engineering draft needs substantial work, to address the issues and fill in gaps.
