GFP 0.7.0-RC1

I  released the GFP 0.7.0-RC1, the goal is to test this release on Mac, Linux and Windows, I use it (and test) on Windows XP and OpenSuSe, but I have no access to a Mac computer, so a ask for you all from the list, to perform the testing.
There are two new features, the budgeting feature where user can register its planning (goal) for each type of transaction (expense) and check its performance by reports on reports menu.
The other feature is a help menu item that can be used to post support request for support team - currently me :-p, the user can check the status for that support request directly on GFP window and answer any additional questions there. A GFP log file is attached on each user answer. If any of you want to test it, you can use it to post support requests and I will manage them, I only need you specify on the post that its a testing performed by the test team.

Soon I will made available the phrases that need to be translated.
