GIMP 2.4.6 build error?

On launch, the app raises an alert:  libpng13.dll not found.  There is
a libpng12.dll however.  Serious error or no?

Do you have any 3rd party plugins installed?

winprint.exe in the plugins directory and ufraw.exe.

The alert was launched when ufraw-gimp.exe was loaded.  The current
version of ufraw.exe is 0.13 and requires libpng13.dll.  I located a
copy at http://www.dll-download-system.com/dlls-download-l-
/libpng13.dll.html

Installing the dll into /bin solved the problems.
