GIMP 2.4.6 not recognizing ufraw?

The 'Open Image' dialog does not show NEF (RAW) images even though
ufraw is installed.  Also, NEF images launched from ufraw will not open
in GIMP.

This problem was solved by locating a copy of libpng13.dll and
installing in /bin.  It's widely available.  I used http://www.dll-
download-system.com/dlls-download-l-/libpng13.dll.html
