GPG Mac questions

I'm considering using GPG on Mac, but it seems a bit intimidating. Are there any easy step-by-step setup instructions anywhere?
My correspondents tend to be Windows people who send me files encrypted by PGP7. Will I be able to decrypt these on Mac with GPG?
