Please could somebody with svn access to the tomcat plugin have a look at the (3-Line) patch at http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GRAILS-5205 ?

The Bug essentially prevents the usage of 'grails.plugin.location' with tomcat.  Which makes development of modular applications much harder than it should be (and used to be with jetty) .
