Cobertura can be used with any testing method. It does not work
with just unit testing. From: Irfan Ch.

against unit test, any ideas if it can be used for GUI test cases for example
we are using Rational Functional Tester and needs a tool to provide us with the
coverage, PurifyPlus is one option but its going to stop supporting nice
features like Java "Memomry & Perfomance Profiling" in the new
version, I am looking for something which can offer these features and works
well with IBM's Rational Functional Tester (we are using it for automating our
GUI testing). Many
