Upgrade went smooth for me on 2 different servers.  One install was
pretty up-to-date already.

The other was a couple versions back on server-add.  I had to push the
"Upgrade All" button twice to get it upgraded.  The first time core
was upgraded, then server-add was upgraded.  Don't know if the ajax
stuff was doing stuff still and there was just no feedback on the
screen and the second click on the button didn't do anything or what.

Just what I observed.  I can try to reproduce if needed, but sounds
pretty minor to me.

ok. reproduced it.  Fresh B1 install from zip on SF, installed
server_add module, upgraded to B2 from your zip.  First click on
Upgrade All incremented the server_add plugin from version 1 to
version 2, clicking Upgrade All again incremented from version 2 to
version 3.

Other than that smooth for me, with a total of 4 upgrades now, 2 of
which were fresh B1 installs with just a single photo added to them.
