I had Gbrowse 1.7 installed and running, then installed Gbrowse 1.997 on
the same box.  I see this message in the error log come up every so often:

Undefined subroutine &main::conf_dir called at /var/www/cgi-bin/gbrowse
line 130
Premature end of script headers: gbrowse

Thing is, I'm not using gbrowse anymore, just gbrowse2.  Did gbrowse2
break something with gbrowse, does gbrowse2 rely on something from
gbrowse, or is something wrong with my install?

Hi,

There is no line 130 in the new version of /var/www/cgi-bin/gbrowse, so my guess is that the old 1.7 gbrowse CGI script is still installed somewhere and is being called occasionally instead of the new one. This might happen if you are using aliases to call gbrowse via different URLs.
