Gbrowse v1.70 rubber-band selecting not working

Hi again,

So after he upgrade to v1.70 I used the new yeast.conf as a template
for my Medicago.conf. The rubberband select/zoom works on the yeast
page and did initially on my Medicago page. I could change a number of
the general conf parts and it still worked on the Medicago page but as
soon as I changed the tracks definitions it stopped working. Even
after adding back in the original track definitions I can't get it to
work! Any ideas? This is the main reason I upgraded!

Thanks,
Lacey

Try starting with a fresh config file and adding tracks one by one. Something in the HTML that is being generated is introducing a javascript error. It is probably something in one of the callbacks.
