Generate tagged pdf files with XSL-FO

Hi everyone,

Well, I've been doing some research for the last hour, and although I think it's not possible, does anybody know if is it possible to generate a tagged pdf through our beloved XSL-FO?

I think it'd be awesome if it was possible, any ideas?

A web search on 'xsl-fo "tagged pdf"' showed Antenna House, Ecrion, and
RenderX, and their respective websites indicate that their products do
tagged PDF.  There may well be others.

FWIW, xmlroff doesn't and FOP doesn't [1].
