Hi,

Is it possible to use AppFuse to reverse engineer a DB schema in Oracle to generate a Web app with CRUD ?
This would hopefully be on JDK 1.4 (Websphere 6). I aw a link to semagen with appfuse but that seems like it is on JDK 5. What are the options available ?

TIA,
Vijay

The current version of AppFuse does not support JDK 1.4. You might be able to use Retrotranslator (or something similar) to make it Java 1.4 compatible.

http://mojo.codehaus.org/retrotranslator-maven-plugin/

Hi Matt,

I have the old AppFuse version on JDK 1.4. Would that have any feature to do the reverse engineering from a DB Schema ?

Yes, the AppGen feature of 1.9.4 should allow you to do that.
