Its a great work. Ease of  GeoGebra and footprint of Tikz will lead to a great synergy.

I have one request,

for computer not connected to networks (webstart not possible), can you give a link to either the jar or the exe file ?

The link is to version 3.0.0, the tikz converter is in the next beta version. The beta version has only the webstart link.
