I've just updated/converted all language files to use utf-8. This change
affects to trunk only, not stable branch. Please all of you with an
account at my site, test it and don't change the charset. If there's
some problem, let me know, follow the discussion at the devel list or
file a bug about it (none of these actions is exclusive from the rest,
so you can/should do them all).
Please provide feedback about this. Once you feel comfortable, please
keep translating.
