Gnash?

Has anyone else installed gnash?  I installed it on my 11.0 install on
my PowerMac G3/400Mhz system.  Youtube videos don't do anything, just
a blank area with gnash present(when you right click, the dialog comes
up).  When I tried to play an animated flash on ubergeek..tv, it
played but the sound was messed up(the video was surprisingly smooth).
 I know my onboard sound works because I can hear the song when KDE
starts.   I have a Radeon 7000/32MB installed with 32MB RAM.  The
system has 1GB PC100 RAM.
