"This email address" meaning usability@... or mine or your email
address? Also what is the password for the link?

There is no password, but maybe there should be? I would threat these
information as confidential as they contain name and email address and
the interviewee might not expect having them public available to
everyone.

I asked in the ml if I should keep the passwords but nobody replied. So
what should I do?

Sorry I came up with my complain a little late, didn't saw this question
arising earlier.

As said, imho these information should not be public to everyone. I
think its good to provide the raw data but please without any personal
data. I think best would be to share the document with a limited group
of people only you trust and if you declare the survey over provide the
raw data somewhere for download and at least remove the last three
columns. Maybe have a quick look if there is some "bad content" in the
free text questions as well.

PS removing tmick1@... from CC as result of getting annoying
   automatic mails.

Ok I shut down free access or even with gmail account. Expect more when
the results are published.
