<br>the whole table is displayed as a cyan rectangle. This patch displays
<br>the whole grid of a table as very faint gray lines.

<br>complex tables and especially nested tables.
<br><br>The patch also slightly changes the color of outline rectangles from
<br>intense cyan to fainter gray-cyan. This is mostly a matter of taste. I
<br>always found the intense color a bit "loud" on the eye. The intense red
<br>for selections is fine, but the outline should be a mere hint to guide
<br>the eye and seems a bit more elegant in a fainter tone.

I was very recently trying to do the same thing. It took me a lot of<br>
browsing through the (undocumented) code and some trial-and-error to finally<br>
succeed. Via the Tools menu, you can enter a scheme command:<br>

(print-snippet (url "$HOME" "filename.pdf") (selection-tree))<br>
<br>
Of course you need to adjust the path to your needs. It works for most<br>
formats (ps, eps, png...), following the extension you give.<br>
<br>
You can look in the "glue" files to find out what c code is called.<br>

It works now. I decided to give it another try recently, and Qt-Texmacs now<br>
behaves normally, without doing anything special. I don't know weather it's<br>
due to a source code change or to an updated Ubuntu package, though.<br>
