Good training source

I am wanting to find a good source for training on XSLT and XSL-FO, can anyone reccomend a good resource?  I would like to possibly attend a class and hopefully located in the Midwest or East coast.

I will be in Boston for a XSL FO SG meeting on July 14-18.  If you had
enough people to make it worthwhile, I could extend my trip and come to
