Gplpv 0.10.0.130 on domU xp cdrom not work

On server hardy with xen 3.3 (backport from intrepid) there are some domU xp pro, with gplpv 0.9.12pre9 all ok exept some rare problem with network, few months ago on one domU i uninstall pv and install 0.10.0.86 but cdrom stopped working, today i upgrade to gplpv_chk_wxp_x86_0.10.0.130 but the problem persist, someone can help me please?
