Graffham Common

Hi - notices have just gone up announcing the sale of part if not all of Graffham Common as one or three lots. Considering that the Sussex Naturalist Trust have just bought a bit of Graffham Common West are they aware of this sale? This would be a fantastic place to conserve - there lots of interesting things in it and parts coudl well be put back to heathland. On the other hand an unsympathetic new owner might cause chaos (and stop me wandering about). Can anyone reassure me?

Dear Jonathan

Sussex Wildlife Trust is talking to the Agents regarding this land.  As
it is going on the open market it is unlikely that we can do a big HLF
bid and thus go for the whole lot, but are interested in parts of it.
