Keep in mind that the Telcon times will be *1 hour* earlier for
participants in Europe because of lack of daylight savings time
synchronization between the U.S. and Europe this week.

So, change your calendar entry for this week: it's at 4PM CET instead of
5PM. Or, use the google calendar version initiated by Eric, which
calculates the adjustment for you automatically:
