I have a query....Is there any stress testing tool to monitor the Postgres database? or any ways to monitor this open source database? Please reply me.

A regression test suite comes along with PostgreSQL which you can use
to monitor the performance. Also try benchmarkSQL (you can find it
very easily through google)
