HOWTO for Hauppage pvrusb2 IR Blaster Configuration

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have searched the archives and cant seem to find it.

Is there a howto out there for setting up  lirc for the IR Blaster for Hauppages PVR USB2 - the 4th model with the IR Blaster cable?
