The myth howto seems to indicate that it was not working as of the writing of that document. Is that still the case? If I had to guess, I'd wager the lirc_zilog driver, which is something of a fork of the lirc_pvr150 driver, would probably work with that thing, assuming the pvrusb driver exposes the right bits... It works with the HD-PVR anyway (more or less) for both send and receive, and I'd assume the parts in that are similar if not identical.
