sunny with high clouds in afternoon; light S to SE winds

Raptor Observations:
one Short-eared owl at 1320 soared in high along ridge to Lookout and then
turned south, and dove into forest along escarpment.

Non-raptor Observations:
1 horned lark, 1 imm. Red-headed Woodpecker, 20 cedar waxwings
