Raptor Observations:
1 female N. Harrier
1 adult Red-shouldered Hawk
At 1:10 p.m., a Red-tail flew over the watch, carrying a long waving piece
of material.  South of the platform, the Tail was suddenly attacked by an
immature Bald Eagle who was heading north.  The Red-tail dropped the item,
and the eagle grabbed the item as it floated in the air and then flew north
with his prize.  The eagle wasn't counted.
