This was the piece from wikipedia which says all the browser might have a
common codec.
I am not sure if it does play the video by itself but if it does then is
HTML still a stateless protocol or is it now a stateful protocol??
Because it will be knowing the state of start,pause,stop etc., I am not
sure...
Can anybody help?
