HTTP Proxy Cache management

There are several sections in the efw interface where you enter a domain name. For example the HTTP Proxy Cache management section. You can prevent domains like google.com from being cached.

Because there are many subdomains, likw www, ftp, mail, etc., does efw allow wildcards here?

Are any of these valid:

google.com
.google.com
*.google.com

I guess it will be helpful to learn what efw's uses for caching and then see what its actually doing, but I havent done that yet...
