Learn more about Nabble's security policy. Hi, I’m trying to get Thinstation to work on Dell Optiplex GX270’s. I used TS-O-Matic to create PXE boot files. Everything goes fine until it gets to “Thinstation Init Script”, and then it hangs. I’ve tried this on various 270’s, and all seem to have the same problem. How did you transfer it to the TFTP server? FTP? Remembered to switch to binary transfer? Now it says DHCP server not found, and halts. I noticed that Thinstation didn't include the e1000e driver by default. So, I downloaded that and added it. This is a Dell Optiplex GX270 with a Pro 1000/mt network adapter. Is it possible that Thinstation isn't waiting long enough for DHCP to reply?
