Hi all!
Can i use ethernut 2.1b schematic, but exchange ethernet part with one
from 1.3h?
Just RTL8019 + FB2022 instead of LAN91C111 + TG110

Not one to one. On Ethernut 1 the Realtek is at address 0x8300 to 0x831F
(using the Realtek's internal address decoder). On Ethernut 2 this
region is occupied by RAM:

You may either use the Ethernet Controller chip select from the CPLD and
set the RTL8019 address pins to 0x_300 or connect A14 *and* A15 to the
inputs of IC7. This will map the Realtek to 0xC300.
